Good smashing power without loosing controls on drops and net shots. Replaced factory stings with Exbolt 63 main 24 lb cross 25 lb . Compared with my Japan made 77 , this racquet seems slightly lighter and I’d say not super stiff. Got to play more with it to tell the difference.

Yonex Arcsaber 7 Tour Unstrung Badminton Racket [Light Beige]

I love my Nitrix 70 Volta! At first I was a bit hesitant to buy a premium racket with a premium price from a smaller brand, but now I regret not buying it sooner. In fact, the same week I got my Volta, I got myself a second one as back up and I am thinking of buying myself a 3rd one right now. The closest racket to the Nitrix for me is the Victor Thruster TTY. Similar weight, flex, they even look alike. I like both rackets, as I am able to generate a lot of power without expending much energy. I actually generate more power using these 2 rackets than when using more agressive/head heavy rackets. They just suit me. I used to lack power on court, but now my clears are effortless and my smash feels twice as powerful. Between the Thruster TTY and the Nitrix 70 Volta, if I had to pick one favorite, I would choose the Volta as it has just a little better maneuverability/speed.

Babolat Pure Aero Unstrung Tennis Racquet [Grey/Yellow/White]

Retains the same design as the 2025 65Z but with a new reinforced toe box correcting a flaw that forced Yonex these pulled from manufacturing in August 2025. Glad to have them back and the Axelsen collection warm grey colourway with olive accents and a lime outer sole are a nice touch. Also noticed two dimples on the insole for heel positioning, this is new as well. Including photos of the shoes, a toe box comparison to last years model, and shot of the included VA branded shoe bag.

I fell in love with the racket for its power. I don't know how, but I am able to smash harder using the TTY than when using heavier and more offensive rackets. The only thing I dislike is the color. It's a bit bland/boring, which is why I added a smiley face to the strings, although some people might like the cleaner look.
